RIO is hitting the road! We are thrilled to announce our first International tour to Spain in 2025!
Background
Since 1999, the Rock Infused Orchestra™ based in Wisconsin USA has brought youth string communities together every summer to musically work as a group to put on a final concert production. This music camp stretches the limits of every musician — at every level. They work on music that is widely recognized by the masses while honing their individual technique and musicianship skills.
INVITATION
We are extending an invitation to directors, string groups, and high school string programs to participate in the RIO Spain Tour 2025. We will present three major concerts on large, specially designed stages complete with lighting and production. If you have a self-contained ensemble that would like to perform on their own, there will be other performance opportunities available in addition to the 3 main concerts. Details to be discussed.
TOUR EXPERIENCE
You will visit some of the most exciting locations in Spain combining spectacular sightseeing and awesome performances while having fun with friends and making new friends.
There will be outstanding opportunities for growth in the following areas:
- Explore and learn a 40 minute program of diverse classic rock and pop, selections – TBD
- Workshop your music, stage presence, and audience communication skills with experienced musical directors
- An opportunity to work with other like-minded musicians that are passionate about performing
- Experience a professionally managed tour
- Make new friends

DETAILS
accommodation
The accommodation is based on twin occupancy. All rooms have en-suite facilities. Single Supplement is available upon request
Transportation
Motor coach as per the itinerary
MEALS
Every effort will be made to accommodate food allergies and other reasonable food issues.
INSTRUMENT RENTAL
We are able to procure the larger instruments (cellos, basses, etc.) Transportation of those larger instruments will be supplied.
Friends and family
Friends & family are welcome to come along. We encourage them to come as there will be lots to experience and see in addition to the performances.
